I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network commercial insurance. I also accept private pay at a rate of $150/hour.

I believe that using evidenced based treatment is important. I have training in CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.

Currently, I am only offering evening hours for sessions between Monday-Thursday.

Our first session will consist of gathering information about your history as well as what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your goals for treatment and work together to come up with a treatment plan. I think it's important to spend time on coping skills to add to your toolbox. Sessions might consist of practicing skills and there might be "homework" after sessions that we agree on together. I strive to work collaboratively with you and work as a partnership on treatment. You are the expert on yourself!
